What is Postural Therapy?

Pictures, video's, gait assessment and Kinesetic Evaluation.
You will have many pictures taken in different positions. You will be asked to try different movements and exercises. This helps determine a base line and gives you great feedback when you start making changes and feeling better. It's nice to know where you started and how much you improve.

PDF and Video
After we teach you your new program, we email you a PDF with pictures and explanations of each exercise. We also send a video of each exercise to help you remember the details of each movement. Most clients prefer the video's. All of this can be accessed on your smart phone, tablet, laptop and PC.

When you first come in, we discuss how many sessions you may need. Experience has taught us, usually it's more than one time. Most clients will purchase a package depending on their specific goals. If you want to try it out and don't want to purchase a package, you can pay for one visit. If you decide you would like more sessions, you can purchase the remainder of the package. This must be completed by the first week after your first session for the offer to be valid.

Listed below are the packages and single session prices.

  • single session: 150.00
  • 4 sessions: 570.00
  • 8 sessions: 1120.00
  • 16 sessions: 2200.00

We also love referrals and ask that if you like our services that you will recommend us to your friends and families.
